Hiring, HR, and the systems around them.

Hi, this is me!
Home & People Success Partner

Founders bring me in when hiring and HR are behind the product. I close the roles, put the missing process in writing, and build the tool that does the repeating work. The difference usually shows up in months.

So, what does the work look like?

The people side And the systems
HIRING

A week, not a month

People Success Partner at FlytBase, about 80 people. I closed 35+ roles in six months and cut time-to-hire from 20–30 days to 7. Interns and laterals: SDE, AI and solutions engineering, UAV systems, product and motion design, marketing, creatives, customer success, admin, and the founder's office.

The front door

Candidates

A campus hiring page, and a chatbot where someone uploads a CV and gets pointed at the role that fits.

Bring more people in

My idea

I proposed an Entrepreneur in Residence programme and built the pages for it. Talent radar is in build beside it.

Held here:

  • ATS
  • Campus
  • Chatbot

The work:

  • → ATS from scratch
  • → Campus hiring page
  • → CV chatbot
  • → Entrepreneur in Residence
  • → Talent radar, in build
  • → 35+ roles in six months
  • → 7-day time-to-hire
SCALE

75 people, then 500

I joined Emergys as an HR Executive. I left as Assistant Manager, HR, after the company grew past 500. Attrition held near 6% for four years, against 14–18% outside.

One day

120 people

I led the onboarding. Apps Script wrote the offer letters and sent them. Missing documents triggered their own reminders.

The questions

Same day

A full HRMS onboarding session, and a chatbot that took the queries so the day did not depend on one inbox.

Held here:

  • 75 → 500
  • One day
  • ~6%

The work:

  • → HR Executive to Assistant Manager
  • → 2021 to 2025
  • → 120 onboarded in one day
  • → Offer letters on Apps Script
  • → Document reminders
  • → HRMS session and chatbot
  • → ~6% attrition, four years
MOBILITY

The visa desk, off the CEO

At Emergys the CEO was handling visas. I took the process from the documents through the appointment, wrote the SOP, and covered insurance, payroll, and how the country actually works.

Australia, in full

Beyond the visa

Bank accounts, payroll, and insurance, plus a culture onboarding on norms and etiquette before anyone flew.

Shining Star

Emergys, 2024

The company gave me Shining Star for this work. 35+ visas, including 25+ US H1B filings with zero errors.

Held here:

  • US H1B
  • Australia
  • SOP

The work:

  • → Documents to appointment
  • → New visa research
  • → SOP, taken from the CEO
  • → US, Australia, Singapore
  • → Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong
  • → Insurance, bank, payroll
  • → 25+ H1B, zero errors
SYSTEMS

If it repeats, I build it

At FlytBase, POSH was a blank page: nothing documented, no committee. Pre-boarding took four days, an hour a step. Both now run without that drag. About eight hours a week came back.

Every signature

Still in use

I built an internal equivalent of DocHub and DocuSign. The company signs its documents there.

Teemlie

Ideation and design

An AI talent platform. I did the product ideation and the system design. A developer on the team built it.

Held here:

  • POSH
  • Signing
  • Audits

The work:

  • → POSH, from nothing documented
  • → Pre-boarding, end to end
  • → Timesheet and leave audits
  • → Newsletter on SharePoint
  • → HRMS chatbot
  • → Birthday bot on Teams
  • → 8+ hours back a week
It starts with the pile Then it runs without me

I build it, then I step out.

01 — The pile

A timesheet audit, a visa sitting with the CEO, a pre-boarding that takes four days. I start from the task that keeps coming back.

name the drag

02 — On paper

If it is not written, it is not a process.

Policies, a visa SOP, POSH when nothing was documented. Someone else should be able to run it.

03 — The tool

Then I build the thing.

Offer letters, an ATS, a signing portal, a chatbot for the questions people ask every week.

04 — Still running

The company keeps it.

Hiring in a week. Signatures inside the company. About eight hours a week handed back.
